Account details (name, email, role), business records you enter (products, stock, orders, invoices) and technical logs such as sign-in times and IP addresses.
To provide the service, keep it secure, send notifications you have switched on, and improve the product. We never sell your data.
Each business’s records are stored separately and are only visible to users that business has invited.
Records are kept while your account is active. Administrators can export or delete their data at any time.
